booming in the 1860's, and Hervé, a merchant travels to Japan to obtain eggs
for silkworm breeding. He negotiates to obtain the eggs with a Japanese baron
and he encounters a young woman who has no Asian eyes. Hervé is captivated from
the moment he sees this woman, and although he is married he comes back to this
woman in Japan three times.because they don't speak the same language they can't address one another,
but they're conducting a secret affair over these meetings.
LEARNING
The very lesson this story has taught me is
when to let go of people you love, even if you love her in your fullest.

Mixed feelings but mostly anger came out from
my heart after reading to this story, it gave me the basis of a cruel and also
a brave and wise characters.

quite striking, and the speaker compares her with lots of beautiful, but dark,
things like "night" and "starry skies." The second stanza
continues to use the contrast between day and night, to describe her beauty. We
also learn that her face is really "pure" and "sweet."
LEARNING
Beauty takes many forms, including the "tender light" of the glittering characteristics of the woman, the eloquence of her speech and the purity of her love. Her inner beauty improves just her outer beauty and makes her the ideal woman.

In this novel, the independent themes are home, appreciating what you have and courage. In the novel, Coraline learns that her house, though imperfect, was the one she loves and never will leave. Also, she learns to be strong and depend on herself to fight for those she loves.
